More than a memorial, Heroes on the Concho will stand as a lasting tribute to the men and women who answered the call of duty, defended freedom, and helped shape the community we are privileged to live in today.
OUR COMMUNITY
A group of community volunteers collaborated with the San Angelo Area Foundation to honor and recognize an extraordinary generation who did so much to shape San Angelo, our nation, and the world.
THEIR SERVICE
20,542 WWII Veterans have called San Angelo and the Concho Valley home over the years and we want to honor them by name on the memorial.
YOUR GENEROSITY
A contribution to the WWII Veterans Memorial will ensure our neighbors who served are recognized for their contributions to our country and the sacrifices made will never be forgotten.
